  • Be sure to keep a copy of your work.
  • If you're ordering a critique on a manuscript longer than 1,000 words, please see online payment option below.
  • Use Microsoft Word format.

For "snail mail" (US Post Office) orders:
  • Use a typewriter or a computer printer. Please do not send hand-written documents.
  • Use one inch margins on all four sides. (Side margins of 1-1/4" are okay.)
  • Double space.
  • Number pages consecutively.
  • Use a 12-point font such as Arial, Courier, Verdana, or Tahoma. You want to end up with approximately 250 words per page. This is what editors will expect from you.
  • Be sure to keep a copy of your work in case of loss.
